Bore size on the Benjamin Bulldog

What is the bore size, lands and grooves on the bulldog? I am seeing posts and videos of people saying they are shooting .355 .356 .357 .358 projectiles through it.

Curious what the nominal bore Diameter actually is.

I am not sure. I can say that I got improved accuracy moving up from NSA .357 slugs to the .358 slugs. Also, the NSA 142 gr BT HP slugs lean more towards the .358 size when mic'd.

All I found from Crossman's website is this:

It is 1:14 RH twist, 6 lands/grooves.

I as well found tighter groups moving up to .359”

Mine was slugged at .357. I resize my bullets from .358 to .357 diameter. No more stuck bullets.

Bulldog barrels are known to be all over the map in bore size. Slugging your particular gun is the best way to go before deciding on ammo!
