Was wondering IF there were any thoughts on a bottle conversion for a Zbroia, specifically a Sapsan S?
It suits my use for it. I got it mostly because I wanted a .25 cal. and at the time, after few monhts of research, the Sapsan S met the criteria. How you like that Sapsan? Don’t see much talk about them in the forums. Looks like a really well made gun.
I was wondering about the conversion because I messed up the tank/regulator assembly (could NOT leave well enough alone) so I am looking to replace the assembly. Hope I can get the factory replacement.they come with a 300 cc tank,,, pretty big to start with
I wish mine was the smaller 220 cc tank , was not an option when I got mine
They are superb. How you like that Sapsan? Don’t see much talk about them in the forums. Looks like a really well made gun.

First trouble happened when I was trying to fix a leak. I removed the "tank" with some pressure still in the tank. Fast forward to Monday and I really did it.what is messed up, photo if you can
my regulator had bad threads that gulled when I 1st took it apart,, got tap and die to chase it with, works good now
Zbroia has a bad habit of not having smooth threads on their aluminum or brass parts

I'll get photos and post later.

Good advice on the "get new parts". I just have to be patient. I will get this fixed.Uh the rush without feeling, like a easy pickup. I had that happen to something less important. What I did was file the messed-up threads until they were gone, then touched up the female threads a bit with a needle file. It worked well. Caution, Will Roberson: Do not take a chance if there are not enough good threads to hold the bottle safely. Yes, I am very good with file work, the tool kind. I hate paperwork. I better advise you to get new parts.

I believe the problem started with removing under pressure. My theory, the aluminum threads "stretched" when removed. A few times of remove/replace eventually caused results. I should note - tube was a little loose when I was threading it back on. Should have stopped at that point. Lesson learned.Gulp, I feel for you man. It happens. Just sorry that it had to be this gun.
So much aluminum in PCPs. I get why this is so, but anything threaded will be relatively delicate. The alternatives will probably result in either a steel boat anchor or will be plastic, I mean polymers. Titanium?
Out of curiosity & education, was the cause crossed threads putting it back on? Or was that the result of removal w the pressure?
