N/A Bottle hawk armory scam?

Holy moly look at all the legal mumbo jumbo on their policies page. How is that even binding when websites say something like "by using this site you consent to".... this that or the other? How can you have any legally binding contract without a signature? That's like some sort of passive aggressive agreement that is just BS .

After seeing all that mess, I totally agree, I would never even want to go into that store.

Wow, I find it downright stunning what some folks think being a dealer is today. A manufacturer's dealer base does reflect on the manufacturer. As a manufacturer's representative of thirty plus years that was my job. That ridiculous document would instantly disqualify this outfit representing the product lines I represent. Bad dealers reflect on the manufacturer, I'd think twice about buying that product line if this outfit is representative of their dealer base. Times have changed, customer service has not.

I live 45 minutes from Umarex in Fort Smith. Wonder if I should drive down and show them? Doubt it would make a difference. Now got do side job and buy another b4 x-mass. The notos was going to de my sons x-mass gift!

It may be they are not a dealer for Umarex, just because they sell the product does not mean they are an authorized dealer. I've known of dealers over the years that sell more product out their back door than they sell out the front. Nothing illegal or even nefarious about that. Umarex is a huge manufacturer comparatively. Very common esp. for the big manufacturer's to do volume discounts to their authorized dealers, they buy at the 100 rate selling most of the guns to other dealers. Very common practice actually. That 100 rate price is far below what the small dealer pays wholesale for the gun.
Learn if your dealer is really a dealer.....
