I received my new Brocock last week and I am really impressed with how professional they were. They answered all my questions and handle everything in a quick 5min. phone call. I received it in Ohio in just 4 days. It was well packed and in perfect condition. It included a test target and chrony results. I recently called about a used Brocock that I was having a problem with and they were extremely helpful on the phone even though I bought it from someone else.
