As an owner of a new .25 FX Wildcat, I want to thank Johan and FX for being here on AGN and responding to all of the support questions being posted in the forum. I have never seen a company so engaged and responsive like this before. You guys are simply amazing. Well done FX!!

I too would like to commend Johan of FX Airguns for his responsiveness to his customers on this forum. It is a testament to his character and commitment to the FX line of airguns that he would step to the front and deal directly with customer issues.

Every post I have read from him in regards to customer issues are very on point and do not show the least bit of defensiveness. It has been a genuine pleasure watching him address customers in this forum.

Great work Johan! I would be extremely inclined to do business with your company again knowing the way in which you stand behind the equipment that you produce.

Yup, I've pointed this out a few times! I've never seen a manufacturer participate like this on any other forum. It's really great to see the responses from Johan and even to know that there are some PM's being sent to some folks as well. 
Now, get to work on those Impacts! LOL!
