Beeman Breaking in the R1 .20

Out to my sister's place doing some plinking today. ARH .135 spring kit and a new VAC seal from Vortek. Looked through my stash of scopes and decided to try an old Simmons pro air with high sport match rings. Probably gonna order medium hight in the near future. Have a full length barrel sleeve too but haven't decided if I'm going that route yet! Sighted at 25 yards with about a 7 mph wind today.
She's coming around nicely! First shot to the right took it 6 clicks and to far Lol. Two clicks back to the right and 20 shot group! FTTs are the ticket. JSBs not as consistent. She's a little hold sensitive but I'm getting it down

Such a good looking gun. That's my favorite r1. Carbine 20. They're a bear to cock at full power though. I'm happy for you.

There's a R10 carbine with a kind of a beat up sporter stock on eBay right now for $380! Would make a good project gun. Yes in .20 cal. I'm tempted

Hold off on that. Wait for a nice R9 to turn up. It's a better designed gun.

That’s a nice one! The early R9’s were the best looking ones they made. Before the laser etching and questionable stock designs.

Every R1 I've ever owned is was a tac driver. I'm not surprised you're getting great results. Best of luck with it!
