Brocock/BRK BRK Ghost long or short?

I am beginning to think this will end up like my gunpowder guns. One rifle will not cover my “wants”. I am thinking of a carbine in 22 for small game and pests, with a 25 or 30 hp for slightly bigger pests. I think i will start with the ghost 22 carbine to make sure i enjoy the air guns before getting the larger one. I hunt a lot at home as i have my own woods complete with critters from tree rats up to white tail deer. I have killed them all with rimfire rifles so the 22 ghost will not be wasted and i will just stick my toe in the rabbit hole.. If I don’t like it i am sure my grandson will claim it.

Ok, made that decision,,,Ghost 22 carbine. Back to pumps and stuff. Thanks airgunners!

I live in the country and don't have any pests other than woodpeckers and bats. Neither of those can be legally taken. The only animal I will shoot with an airgun will be tree squirrels to eat, during season of course. I have a Taipan 2 in .25 and really like it. However, I too am looking to get a shorter than 36" rifle.

The Ghost has my attention. I'd like to get .25 but it doesn't appear the Ghost Plus comes in .25. I know that .22 in 45FPE (Ghost Plus) will be more than enough for my quarry though.

Even the 17” carbine in .177 will be adequate for tree rats
