Brocock/BRK BRK Pathfinder XR…🙈

This PCP is simply blowing my mind, I’ve been lucky to have contrasted it to my Atomic prior to receiving a Ghost Carbine. I had a big scope on the Pathfinder which made it unwieldy. Once I downsized that scope? The gun simply shoned, light in weight, but outsized in utility with at least twice the shot count of my Atomic. I really loved my Bantam Sniper HR and the Pathfinder, a direct descendant, simply reminded me of that today. I was plinking wine corks, cut in half from 25 to 50 yards. The pictured cans at 102 yards? Consecutive hits, 7 MILs of holdover and 1 MIL of holdoff for wind. I knocked them down multiple times today. Best part all with inexpensive CPHPs…😂 Simply foolish plinking of course. The “consistent” and “repeatable” hits still astound me… The Pathfinder has provided me many, many kills… It was briefly overshadowed by my Ghost, but she simply holds her own.

Luis, wonderful shooting with your Pathfinder! Amazing how such a small platform can shoot so accurately @ 100yds with CPHP's! Great pics 👍
Randall, the only reason I believe it, is because I see it happening. Definitely instills high confidence pesting at half the distance. Never will forget your initial guidance towards the BRKs. Specifically, the awesome Compatto… 🙏

I immediately liked this platform when I first saw it. It will be some time before I can get my mitts on one. But I’m sure it will shine when I do.
You got me wanting one for hunting and sell all my others. Except my notos and 25cal marauder
The Pathfinder speaks for itself, I am but one voice. Many others have mentioned their positive experiences with theirs. Just be mindful not to mount a huge scope like I initially did…🙏 Just beware the BRKs are all solid performers, once you let one into your stable, they assert themselves with a vengeance through performance. I experienced five different models, afield and on targets, plinking, etc. Still own four with zero desire to part with any of them…🤓

I will probably put a immersive 10 power on it or 3-9 for hunting

L. L. , I was headed in that direction (BRK) a while back , but other pcp issues came up that needed my attention . One thing lead to another so now I have a bottle conversion of my Kral NP-03 , a Stoeger Ranger , and the Hatsan Factor is being replaced w/ a BSA R10 SE. This group has scratched the pneumatic itch for this season. Nice shots of the gun & plinking range.

@Hynzie, as received from AOA…

Four, ten shot strings through .22 Pathfinder XR

Please be mindful that these are simply my first shot strings out of this gun. So the numbers may change. I sent 10 Crosman Premier Hollowpoints at all three TP settings. And one string with JSB Exact Jumbo 18s, TP on high. I’ve done nothing to this gun, just unboxed, scoped it and started shooting.

CPHPs / TP High
Hi: 846 Low: 835 Avg: 841 Std: 3 ES: 11 FPE: 22.4

CPHPs / TP Med
Hi: 836 Low: 829 Avg: 834 Std: 2.27 ES: 7 FPE: 22

CPHPs / TP Low
Hi: 794. Low: 784 Avg: 789 Std: 3.36 ES: 10 FPE: 19.7

JSB Exact Jumbo 18s/ TP High
Hi: 794 Low: 782 Avg: 788 Std: 4.94 ES: 12 FPE: 24.8

I believe shot count to be at keast 90 shots at the above settings…🙏

That’s sexy talk right there 😜
Your Brocock posts are part of the reason I’m deep into the Brocock forest.

Here’s a look at my recent Atomic conversion to pistoli power stats:

cavedweller , you might be just a bit overscoped 😆! Hey I've been there w/ my TC handguns . What works ,works .
If only a true pistol scope were made that took care of the nuances of field target.... sigh... The S-Tac has been my choice to date but I'm testing out some other little cuties by Athlon, Vector, Discovery etc,,,
I'm getting ready to compare the mounted scope which is my = Sightron S-tac 4-20x50 FFP MH4 reticle 25.6 oz, against the following in house scopes:

A) Athlon Helos BTR Gen2 FFP 2-12x42 with the AHMR2 reticle 25.4 oz

B) Vector Veyron 3-12x44 FFP 26.4 oz

C) Discovery Optics 2-12x24 FFP which comes in at 16.6 oz (lightest and cheapest at <$200.00) with a 24 inch objective i don't imagine it will be very bright in dark lanes for pistol field target but ya never know.
