Hi everyone

I guess i know what the problem is. I pushed few different pellets in . 22 cal thru the barrel and the barrel looks to be oversized.All pellets mostly Jsb and H&n almost fall thru the barrel by themself until the last inch or so where it is very tight choke i had to push real hard i thought my cleaning rod is going to break it was bending alot.

Is there any hope in this case.

Anyone with similar problem with Lw barrel?

I think the pellet can not stabilize enough that is why there are so many flyers.

Wow! So when you load a pellet in the beach it free falls down to the choke? They actually slide down to the choke? So if you load a pellet in the breech and held the rifle barrel down, the pellet would rattle down to the choke? Please clarify? Sounds like a bad barrel and not the norm. Just send it back and get it replaced.

Not like that but i have very light cleaning rod and if i let it go it pushes the pellet with almost no resistance thru the barrel like i would only let go the rod without any pellet inside.

I bellive if i would put the pellet in the barrel and then lightly hit the muzzle end of the barrel on the table the pellet would go down to the choke area. If that makes sense.

I tried many other barrels that way and all of them had more resistance.

Hello,I remember reading that Some barrels are made with only the last inch or so having tight rifling,you call choked barrel....I think you best bet is to email Brocock,give them the serial number or identy of your rifle and tell them the problem,I believe you have a LW made barrel,email them to and tell them the same thing you tell Brocock....II hopping each company will respond back to you....

Please keep us informed....another thing you might do is ask other air gun owners "here you live ".if they have or know anyone else that owns a Brocock and could they help you out.....like switch barrels and see if it is what is really wrong.....the barrel.....

You maybe able to call Brocock.....please reach out to them.I hope your problem gets solved.

Thanks for good wishes and i will keep you all informed.

In the next few days i will notify the dealer and go from there on.

Marko, obviously it is possible that you have a bad barrel, but I doubt that it is "oversized". I had a .22 Bantam that didn't shoot, had the barrel replaced, and problem solved. LW barrels are generally very good, but nothing is a sure thing. If I remember correctly, the problem with mine was a small burr left from the machining of the transfer port. Stuff happens.
