Tuning Brocock Contour S6 won’t fill..?

I just got this Brocock Countour Elite s6. First time I’ve had a gun with a fill probe but I cannot get this thing to fill. All I have right now is an Airforce hand pump but it fills all my other guns..

not sure what I’m doing wrong

Did you lubricate the fill probe o-rings? A little silicone on each should help. The probe has to get a good seal.

Cock it first, then fill.

I will try both of those tonight when I get off work. I’m still relatively new to PCP so sorry if this is redundant . Thanks for the advice
