I honestly don't think thermoplastics will hold.. but it's worth a try.. my first thought was that brass would be easy to work but I'm thinking too much of it is drilled out with the transfer port.. so probably tool steel..I'm curious, so I am going to get mine out and see if it is steel or aluminum.. because a lot of parts are aluminum for lightweight.
let me know what you find out and if you will need one made..I really hope you can locate parts but I'll make one if you can't.

If the remaining part is not magnetic, it is either aluminum or pop metal. I agree it should be simple to make, especially if you have a lathe. If you have both pieces, let me know and I will give it a try, I have a small Mill and a couple of Lathes... Mark Emmert

Thanks for the offer but I have already sold the rifle.

DO NOT SPAM THE SAME QUESTION OVER MULTIPLE THREADS
Slightly unrelated question, but I just rebuilt my aspen .25, replaced almost every single oring/seal. 80% sure i assembled everything correctly per the assembly guide, however when I try to fill up the gun with the fill probe from an air tank, the air comes straight out the barrel end and the aspens pressure guage does not budge at all. I have rebuilt the rifle a few tile in the past and never had this issue.

Any feedback or suggestions would be much apreciated.

Your poppet is leaking. The poppet sealing surface is very soft and will eventually wear down until it bottoms on the metal can that surrounds it. There are no stock replacement poppets available. I just cut the metal can back so it could seal again but obviously there's only so many times that can be done.
You may be right.
But I sold the airgun already to someone who fixed it (I hope).
I understand that the Avenger poppets work in the Nova Liberty.
