BSA Ultra - barrel removal, how is it attached?

Will this gun have to be taken apart to remove the barrel?

All the BSA Scorpion based guns attach there barrel from the BOTTOM side of the receiver block. You must remove receiver from lower tube, Remove transfer port and then loosen/ remove 2 grub screws. Then barrel pulls out of the receiver block.

No clue on caliber ?

Tho generally BSA's all use the same valve which has a large transfer exit already.

So if a .177 at 20 fpe @ .140" transfer and barrel. 12 fpe @ .125" works great.

if a .22 cal your in the .140" -.160" range Transfer & barrel.



I would be somewhat cautious tho because of such a small air tank size on ULTRA's ... raise the power, shot counts going to be less

Not true. 

A real BSA like the Ultra is a great gun. Their barrels are excellent.

I don't think any one asked that question. Those of us that own them know how crazy accurate and consistent they are.
