For the price of a Buckrail moderator there doesn't have to be any customer support. Buckrail gave me support and customer service and they didn't have too. I'm just so proud to have a company with a product and price that compete s with anything. There customer support is amazing couldn't be better...Wish some companies selling things for much much more were like Buck-Rail.......
