I got two Buck Rail 1/2-20 UNF suppressors in .25 (to be safe from clipping) for my Sig Virtus .22 PCP, one is tapered and thinner, the other isn't tapered and thicker; total price $75. I also plan on using them on my Avenger Bullpup .177 when I can get it charged up. So I tested them on the Sig, which is actually quite loud stock, both at the muzzle end and the pneumatic action. But with either suppressor it's substantially quieter, maybe as quiet as my Gamo Arrow, particularly with the larger suppressor. As for accuracy, I've not tested but will follow up on that later.
They're 3-D printed around a metal suppressor insert, they're very light, just a few ounces. They're well made, laser engraved on the front with "Made in Texas" and "For Airgun Use Only". The only thing missing is the caliber size, it'd be nice if they had that engraved as well. As for now, I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend.
As for a thread adapter, the Sig Virtus PCP has a flash suppressor from their firearm version, so the threads (1/2-28 UNEF) won't work for PCP suppressors (1/2-20 UNF). Now a few places sell drop-in Sig adapters for $30-40 but I wanted to go cheap, so I went with a $3-4 adapter from Ali Express (which is now $9-10). It works great, made of good steel, got it within two weeks. If you order one, be sure to specify the proper size (Male 1/2-20 UNF to Female 1/2-28 UNEF) both in clicking and in the comments when placing the order, because the listing may state otherwise, but then has a picture of the one for the Sig (you'll see what I mean at the link). And there's a bunch of sellers with these adapters, I simply linked to my seller (Zeally Auto).
