@Acruz we're sorry that your transaction with @BUCKnMOOSE was less than pleasant. We gave that user a chance to reply, but they chose not to. Therefore we have no other choice then to assume they are guilty. We have taken the following steps:

Hi Acruz, I just saw the story about what happened, and it really sucks. You don’t deserve that, sometimes bad crap happens and you have to take it. Wish I could fix it, but I can’t. He has a FB page (Airguns of Michigan). I have asked him about this and he has banned me from his page. I have also questioned him on his You Tube page and no reply.
