Took the boss out today,shot about 450 times. then it started leaking air,seems like its coming from everywhere,When the bolt is closed a lot of air coming through the barrel.Any ideas and where can I find info on tear downs

Check the air cylinder while out of the gun.
The valve pin seal could have went bad.
There's a small o-ring on the valve pin and a inner valve seal that could be a possible issue.
Unscrew air cylinder and use a bit of soapy water and check for bubbles around the valve area.
I just make me up a clear glass of soapy water and gently submerge the valve into it to see if it starts bubbling.

How low a pressure did you shoot it to? The problem you describe can occur on some guns when your tank pressure is "very" low allowing the hammer to hold the valve open!
