Bummer, Krale misaddressed my HW 97K ...

I live in Texas and had my Krale order of ~$800 with my HW 97K in 0.25 delivered to a town with the same name in Pennsylvania. Imagine my disappointment at getting the UPS delivery notification only to see it was delivered in a different timezone, ~9AM locally and delivered at 9:50AM.

Krale confirmed it is likely lost so, we both lose since insurance won't likely apply and US Law is what it is. I hope "Sharon" returns it but in today's world, my expectations are low.

Yep, they should be replacing my order based on the latest update. However, at the time I ordered, I got the last one in stock. Hopefully, my order will be fulfilled soon and shipped to the correct address.

Bummer, but in the end at least your taken care of. The hurt falls on Krale in the end. I’ve had that happen to me with my store. I was fortunate enough it was a weird address so it was returned to me.

I got tracking confirmation on the new shipment. I feel bad for Krale and hope the package is returned but, UPS shows it was signed for by Sharon so, its probably headed to Facebook marketplace at this point.

Like credit card fraud and shoplifting, even if consumers don't pay for it directly, it is still paid for by the products you purchase.

Yep, 100% mail theft from my mailbox so, I no longer get USPS service at home.

I had a neighbor kid sign for a package when the ups driver came back the next day he claimed it wasnt him, strangely enough I found the package in a flower bed a couple days later.

Porch pirates are the worst, it was a big problem where I lived in Texas but where I’m at now someone would really have to go out way out of there way to look for my packages. I just recently had fed ex deliver a business package to the wrong address and was signed for it was a gigantic mess.
