Yes you can, check out the Resources tab at the top of the page. There are rules about being able to post in the Classifieds. 10 meaningful posts, 10 days member, etc.... You can help yourself out by reading some of that information. Welcome aboard!!! Great bunch of guys here and very helpful too!

I can’t speak to the selling but as far as buying goes you may run into problems if the seller hasn’t provided an alternate method of contact and you are still in the probationary period (10 posts and 10 days on the forum) I believe.

Beware of scammers, I was scammed a few months ago and lost all the money as my bank refused to accept the chargeback and the payment service refused as well.

Trying to circumvent the AGN rules is a good way to get taken advantage of. That and placing “WTB” ads.
