Buying In Bulk

Like most, my Mrod 25 shoots the JSB King 25.39 gr absolutely awesome. My question is : what is the largest quantity of one size pellets you've ever purchased at one time ? Do any of these sellers give a bulk price, other than free shipping, on say 10 tins ( 500/tin ) of pellets ?

I have 4 tins of JSB Exact .177 left that I bought years ago and the price on the back is $4.52, they now sell for $12.99. I going to do the same with the 25 pellets and curious about your large purchases.

If you shoot a lot then you should buy reasonably large amounts of pellets at one time. I buy up to 5000 at a time of each pellet I use. I do the same with smallbore ammo. It helps with consistency of ammo. You never know if it will perform the same if you buy only 500 at a time.

I've called a few vendors to ask about bulk discounts. I think about $10-20 discount were all I was able to haggle out of them. It would be great if individuals could work out something directly with JSB or H&N for bulk discounts.

I shoot a lot and i live 330 miles away from the CZ JSB factory and at one times in the year i buy just about 50-100.000 pellets. 
A tin of 500 .22 cost me 7-9 Dollar.

Pyramyds deal of buy 3 and the 4th is free is very hard to beat when you get enough to qualify for free shipping. If you wait for a sale or promotion and apply that as well the price can get quite low. I figured my last pellet purchase of JSB King Heavy MK II .25 at about $11 per tin of 350 using the described buying technique.

I usually buy at least 10 tins (3500 pellets) to qualify for free shipping but recently purchased 20 tins of the heavies.
