bwalton.pcp stole my money 985 DOLLARS BEWARE

I don't get it. I've been dealing with Baxter for a couple years & he's ALWAYS gone above & beyond to help me out. There's A LOT going on in his personal life right now & his business is a one man operation which, understandably, gets put on a back burner when more critical issues arise. This description of him is NOTHING like the man I've dealt with. Sorry your having problems but I'm sure he'll make it right. Can't see him "stealing" from anyone! Be patient & see what develops.

Maybe he has been dealing with you in a good manner is because you also Liv in California. Doesn't want anybody hunting him down for payment.

I also had a bad experience with.Baxter. Sent my gun to him to have it tuned. After many excuses and lies,( this I know because he would say sent your gun, but wouldn't) I finally got my gun and it shoots no different than the day I sent it to him. Told me he would treat my gun like it was his own, but yet had to ask "which gun is yours"! I said hope you didn't lose my gun He actually asked me 2 different times, once after he told me he sent it. He responded back. "I don't lose rifles lol " I read where he stated to another customer got lost in the move. One of his excuses to me was , in the process of moving. My takeaway on all this, he lies, he moves a lot, he has a lot of family deaths, gets the flu often and he loves taking your money up front and forgetting about you.

I own a Business in CA, all you have to do is call the attorney general and file a complaint with them they have a senior citizen scam unit what will happen is the will pull his business license so he can't sell anything. Also call Beter business bureau and file with them. I think if you tell them your age and the arthritis story you will get this done ASAP. John

I own a business in California so I'm going to give you the advice you need to recoup your money. Call the Attorney General's office for senior scams give them information about the company you are dealing with then they will file a complaint against the business also contact building and permit department they have a business license on file for the air gun company you can file a complaint against his business license then contact the Better Business Bureau of California. After you have done all of this you should get a response shortly I am sure this business owner does not want to lose his business or be investigated by scam department for seniors.

Mr. Baxter , owner of BWALTONPCP , has sent me a refund check. He also called today to make sure I got it, and to tell me he wanted make sure he had funds in the account to cover the check. I told him I would hold up on pursuing pressing charges and retract my statement about his business if the check goes thru. I have deposited the check in my account the bank tells me it will take about a week to clear, as soon as the check clears or does not clear I will update my story about dealing with BWALTON PCP. For now I want to give Mr. Baxter a chance to fix the problem and not give any negative or positive feedback. I will write and let everyone know the outcome in a week one way or the other. I do want to thank everyone for there feedback and help. It's great to be able to come to Airgun Nation and get the help I needed. Thanks again!!

Hi All, I had the same problem. I sent him my .22 Armada back in March for a regulator install and tune. Paid over $300 for the process with a supposed 3 week turnaround. I probably will never get my gun back. However, on the advice of a forum member I contacted my credit card company and they are in the process of recouping my money. Hopefully I will get that back at least. Wish I had joined this forum sooner!
