California Folk - New eBay rule ?

I got nothin but sympathy. People just don't want to risk shipping stuff there any more.

I remember scoring an AR upper and some similar parts on ebay when I lived in Huntington Beach. They all showed up without a problem. That was way before the people out there started Karening each other so hard. I miss In-N-Out, but not much else.

Cheers,

J~

i no one thing for sure"anything gun related parts and so no.They hold your add for 24 hours before it can be posted.

This listing complies with eBay’s air gun guidelines found here and I will only sell and ship air guns to buyers in jurisdictions where permitted by applicable laws

I live in Washington state and had a similar experience several weeks ago. I attempted to buy a Daisy red rider BB gun on eBay but the sale was blocked. I contacted the seller and after several minutes was told to try again. I was then able to purchase the Daisy. The seller told me the listing code was changed from pellet gun to BB gun and that other sellers had the same blocking problem when using pellet gun in the listing code.
I also live in WA and I’ve bought several airguns off eBay, without any issue. The last one I purchased was about a month ago.

When it comes to shipping things to the great state of CA, it's not just eBay. It's Amazon, OpticsPlanet, and a list longer than I care to type.

There have been a number of cool things I would have loved to have purchased, but a lot of the big retailer have restrictions on what can be shipped where. It has been expanded to even putting something in your shopping cart. LOL. I guess maybe it dependant on the "location" of the computer you're using to make a purchase with.
Ir scope at optics planet?

I'm so frustrated by this. The fact that you can't even buy parts drives me up a wall.

Has anyone here in CA tried selling an AG recently? Were there any restrictions from the seller's side as well?
There are states you cannot ship to as they consider air guns the same as firearms, and I dont think ebay allows anything over 25Cal. There are probably other additional restrictions too.
