I'm pretty sure airguns are not considered firearms by the Alphabet org. Where in the video did it say they are? Just looking for clarification.

Ask me how I know for sure airguns aren't considered firearms. Ok, I'll tell you.. me and my cousin went into what we thought was the right place to shoot our break barreling some random open woods. At the time we were rookies in the game! Anyway, the cops showed up with rifles drawn and all I thought was I'm about to be shot! We were detained for about 15mins until they sorted everything out and determined we weren't handing firearms and our rifles were returned. Ended up be private property and we missed the sign. We did get trespassing ticket though

Alphabet org does not classify airguns as firearms and this can be found in section 18 U.S.C. 921(a)(3) and Alphabet org form 6 part 7.

Come on man get your facts straight! In the video he states Felons can possess a black powder firearm, well that has changed as well so don't do it!
