Can I clean my hatsan blitz barrel with oil patches.

Here Is what the manuel says I looked up bt65 an bullboss manuel an they say the same thing reguarding oil coming in contact with barrel., My question is WHY the Hatsan guns cant be cleaned with a little bit of oil on the patch or is the manuel bullshyt as I cant see a logical reason as why not to clean it with a little bit a oil, Im getting all the oil with a dry patch in the end so it does not make any sense. I clean all my barrels with little bit of oil on the patches an when Im done I finish it off with a dry patch. I also lube my pellets with fp10, Should I not for the blitz, I cant see why it would have any negative effects.

I'd say go ahead & use oil with your cleaning process if you want but make sure your last step is running DRY patches through until they come out CLEAN. That's what I'd do when I had both my BT65'S.
Yea I always run a dry patch shoot 3-5 shots and then run another dry patch both ways to make sure all oil is blown outta the barrel transfer port. Should be all good, Don't know why Hatsan specifically stated that there is zero reason I could think of that causing any harm to the gun, A clean barrel would only improve group size.
