For the money, discovery optics are pretty darn good. I have a couple and haven't had any problems. Glass is nice for a budget scope. It's not Leupold nice, or Nightforce nice , but nice. Every bit what an overpriced Hawke scope would be.

I recently picked up a Discovery Optics HD 2-12x24 FFP that focuses down to 5yds....this one is less costly than the LPVO if you just want to try a Discovery scope, has nice glass, 165 TYD thru Discovery Optics.us...ships from CA.

Absolutely love all my discovery scopes. Even the lower FFP series are damn on point. I sold several much more expensive scopes and replaced with all Discovery optics. All save for one Arken .
