Brian at Ed gun West use to have all the gun diagrams on his site which listed parts, o-ring sizes and screw sizes, might give him a call or one of the other dealers that sell Edguns. If you find the size Parkrose hardware carries a lot of metric screws that is if you have a store in your area. You also might do a search on here, if I recall years ago someone had the same problem. I needed a screw for my R5M I got something close from McMaster Carr, but the head was to thick I cut it down on a lathe. Then bought a set of Wiha drivers to lessen the chance they get bunged up.
