I have the TG-1 .177 cal air rifle the thing is i can hit the middle of a coke can turned sideways so the bottom is facing me i can tape a blade of grass on a target and hit the peice of grass about 25 yards away, but i can put a target 10,20,30 yards ect... And miss it every time I thought my scope might be off so i would shoot at other stuff and hit it within a 1/2 inch consistently.. I just cant hit the orange spot and dont really know why... Has anyone else experience this or have any suggestions for me.

I've been told Aim Small miss Small, Aim Big miss Big. This means instead of aiming at the general area of what you're shooting, focus on a specific point on your target. Try putting a black dot in the middle of the orange bullseye and focus on the black dot and see if that works.

+1 Airgunaddict: its all in your head, the blade of grass is more of a challenge so you treat it as such the bulleyes is huge in comparison so you know you can hit it and don't give it the same attention to detail as the blade of grass. I'm the same way I weed with my Cricket at 20-25 yards all day long, but when i punch paper i get good groups but i rarely hit the bull.
