Tuning Can't set regulator pressure for Fx Dreamline

Hi guys!

I had a filling problem with my dreamline regulator but hopefully I could solve it. But now there is another one. I set my regulator pressure to 100bar then I shot the gun and it's dropped to about 70bar, I thought it will refill but it's still at 70bar. I tried it a few times and I can't set a regulator pressure because it always drop it.

Any ideas? (The gun is not leaking)

Never heard of that before but I know the guns from different countries are purposely sabotaged, made to not shoot over the countries legal limit. Could this be your problem?
