Carbon fiber 4500 PSI Paintball tanks

I am diving into the PCP pool. I have two 4500 PSI carbon fiber tanks that were used for paintball. I am confident that I can use the tanks to fill PCP but is there a fill adapter that will screw on to the paintball valve that has a fill vale a bleed vale and fill whip.

I use this CP Products ASA. I put a gauge in the one port and a microbore hose with female foster in the other port and it works perfect. It has "virtual resistance" so easy to turn under pressure was well as a built in system bleed. After filling you just unscrew the knob which shuts off the air flow. You then keep unscrewing it and it bleeds the system

Just remember that you will only be able to fill the PCP to whatever the output is of that regulator. I have 2 different tanks. One shimmed to 3100psi for filling and the other shimmed to 2200 for tethering.

Same here but I remove the internals from the reg and fill the full bottle potential, that’s my backpack setup, a 68ci paintball bottle. Works good. Fills a 480cc about 3 full fills.

Ok I understand the ASA and the guage. The microbore fill whip needs a threaded end or you need an adapter with a threaded end to screw into the ASA

What I did with mine was put a Female foster into the ASA. The threaded end should be 1/8npt. Then I got a hose of this type. That way I can use the hose on the Output, and then switch ends and use is on the fill to my shoebox compressor.
