All of you Edgun R5M owners out there, which cases do you recommend for it? It doesn't matter if it is a hard or soft case, I am just looking for recommendations to fit the standard Edgun R5M.

Edgun West has cases made specifically for the Matador in short, standard, and long. Very nice case. Bought one for my R5M Standard. Has handles, pockets and long strap for backpacking. Check out the Edgun West web site.

I use a condor case and my standard with a 6.5-20 Hawke tact scope fits well.

I have this exact Condor soft case but in OD Green. It fits my R5M Standard with 1.5" high scope rings and SWFA 3-15X42 FFP Scope with the tall elevation turret. No complaints on quality for the price.

I bought a CONDOR bag from EBAY for i believe was 50 dollars, this has WAY better padding than the EDGUN case, i learned about this case i believe thru AIRBUKS over on youtube, i actually bought the case before the gun arrived, my only trepidation was that it would not fit with THE BAT, but low and behold it fits PERFECT! Nice thick padding keeps my baby secure, the outer side has a large zipper pocket to keep your tins of pellets or whatever you like. Again this is my LELYA NOT an R5M, but surely you can get this same case a bit longer to fit your R5M. Cheers and Happy NEW YEAR!

Eberlestock, I think it is a s45. It fits a leyla 2.0 with a bat moderator in the small compartment and could fit a matador in the main pocket.

Yup, these are all I use anymore, and save my hard cases for my powder burners. These savior cases are well built, and I find I can put the gun in and hang the gun within the case on a sturdy hook mounted behind a closet swing in door. Pull the zipper down while it’s hanging and the gun is easily deployed.
Hard cases are nice to have, but, man, they take up a lot of room, and can be heavy if stored above your head, with a gun or two inside.
