Gamo CAT trigger

Is there a trigger mod for the CAT that Gamo uses, other than the longer, M2.5x10. screw?
Crosman trigger with the small bearing mod is just great. CAT could use some improvement also!

Edit: See bottom post for the fix! Hello all. Got a gamo urban and used the barrel band screw , to replace the trigger screw. The trigger is now very crisp and light with a tiny bit of creep. The problem is the tiny bit of creep is "sticky" or "gritty". If I pull the trigger, and let off...

I have found a Dutch seller for Charlie DaTuna GRT 4G . It is frustrating that, although i live only a few km. from the US border, i have to order a US made part from across the pond. Airgunheaven.com Will see how this works out

I purchased a special screw for my Gamo Bone Collector with a CAT trigger from John at Air Gun Detectives for ten dollars, took two minutes to install, it made a world of difference in my rifle.
I've done various trigger mods to some of my other air rifles for free, but this one was the simplest and fastest, it was worth the ten bucks IMHO.

I purchased a special screw for my Gamo Bone Collector with a CAT trigger from John at Air Gun Detectives for ten dollars, took two minutes to install, it made a world of difference in my rifle.
I've done various trigger mods to some of my other air rifles for free, but this one was the simplest and fastest, it was worth the ten bucks IMHO.

The Bone Collector comes with a CAT trigger. And the screw is a M2.5. I uesed a 10mm long, with two washers. It is a lot lighter than factory. Will see if the Charlie DaTuna GRT 4G trigger is worth the expense.

Seems like early were 2mm screw then gamo got wise to the mod and changed to the 2.5mm to hinder the job ..lol.

I just shoot mine as is . I think a guy can buy a whole pack of screws from a rc hobby shop for what that one agd sells for 10$ ..

Am sure you can use it as it comes factory. But is always fun if you can improve a bit

The Swarm Bone Collector was one of the first adult air rifle I purchased after getting into air guns, I know my way around firearms but air guns were a whole different animal at the time so $10.00 for a quick and simple fix was well worth the investment to me.
