FX CF Sleeve?

I have a carbon fiber sleeve for just in case I have to remove the barrel and not install the orings. Do you think it will help my Mavericks accuracy shooting the 25.4 MRD @ 940?

Any tips for installing the liner/sleeve? I just don’t know how tight to make the barrel nut. Thanks

i think they help on 600mm + length barrels.
you may want to index the liner there is a few videos on u tube really easy and you get your best accuracy by doing so.
the liner lock nut i turn in with my fingers and just snug with a wrench 1/8-1/4 turn.

Short answer is, it won't hurt. I've got two Mavs, a 600mm (.22) and a 700mm (.25) One is glued, epoxy, one is 'floating'. Zero difference in efficiency, but....better than a plain soda straw. As long as it's a really good slip fit it'll stabilize the soda straw. AND it's REALLY sensitive to how loose or tight the lock nut is.

Dont worry too much on the tension, just don't over do it. The specs are on youtube and a user posted it here. You don't have to be too nervous.

Mine is a 600mm and I’ve read 1/16 to 1/4, I’ll finger tight and do 1/8 if it feels not snug I’ll go another 1/8.

You’ve always helped me out, I just didn’t want to somehow make it worse by not tightening it correctly.
