Cheaper Option In Adjustable 30mm Picatinny Rings ?

I like the fx no limit rings but are there any good lower priced options in adjustable rings?

I looked at the westhunter brand but quality control seems to be absent with missing or stripped fasteners and reviews say they scratch the scope.

My perspecitve is anytime I buy an extruded or machined widget that is 1/2 or 1/4 the price of something more highly regarded, that I'll have to do a little work to bring it up to snuff.

The victoptics rings from Amazon are excellent. I like them and the Eaglevision mounts both better than the no limit mounts because the no limit mounts only have one screw clamping the elevation portion in place. The Victoptics are very well made, quite wide, and have triple screws on the rings. All good things. I have several in both Dovetail and Picatinny.

You guys convinced me to try Victor rings. I was worried they were taller than FX but they're the same overall height. Amazon has the weight way off.

Has anyone put any lapping bars through those Victoptics rings? If so, did they align well?

I just got two sets of the Victoptics rings delivered. I'd say they're at least equal in quality to the fx no limit rings with both brands being extrusions.
They don't look anything like the wonky cast pieces that come with chinese scopes so I expect alignment to be good.
These will be my new go to. I wish they had a QD version.

I've been trying to find some 34mm adjustable scope rings and came across these from Vector Optics. I think they offer the lowest height available for adjustable rings in 30mm at 1.25". Not sure on the price though.

Did you lap the rings? Or do you think they are good to go out of the package?

a piece of cut credit card .. or razor cut a couple of pieces of blue masking tape and stack them as needed, that type has aluminum in it and isnt very compressible ...

I think they will be fine out of the package.
