Chillax with your super ardent defense of what is a pretty blatant rip-off. It's not so much that people are defending the Impact in particular - if the OP posted a video of rifle that is an obvious knock-off of a Leshiy 2, Alpha Wolf or some other well known rifle, people would still rip on the it being a copy of that particular gun. It ain't just about the Impact.

Everybody is copying in one way or another. The market picked the best one. I am satisfied to let that occur, patent infringement aside. We patented an oil cooler, it was soon copied. They fight you with your own money as they are selling their copy. Hence, firstest with the mostest policy being able to fill the demand sufficiently to remove the profit from companies that would copy.

Why are you continuing to defend what is obviously a blatant and absurd knockoff? I think we all get the "every rifle has a barrel and trigger" or "every airplane has two wings" argument that you've been rolling out there but have you actually watched the videos posted and looked at the clarifying details on this P.O.S?
I mean, come on . . . to actual print on the action "Made in Korea by Samsung" and "Genuine Not copied"? What?

Defend similarities in design where it makes sense but you trying to defend this ripoff is just as ridiculous as the ripoff itself.

I am not defending it. Read the post. I merely state that every current air rifle, including the m3, is using designs copied from others. I also stated how I protected myself mostly from copies, firstest with the mostest. . If a manufacturer leaves a void in the market they cannot fill, SOMEONE will attempt to fill it. In this case, someone is with at least a visual copy. It very well may not be what it appears. Supposedly for sale somewhere.....but where??? Who has one? Beyond a video, who here can give an expert discertation on what ACTUALLY exists. I am not as easily fooled, It may look the same, but is it beyond visual similarities? Does it have a balanced valve???? Are the parts modular? Replaceable barrelS, probes? Barrel liners? Full/empty suppressor? Adjustable trigger? The clairvoyant here seem to think it is an exact copy. Who of you can answer those questions, I'm anxious to hear. I've seen enough similar looking items that upon close inspection were not the same. Better, worse, but not the same.....examine oil filters. I do not profess to be a know it all, clairvoyant nor have xray vision. All I know is that it looks very similar. I have twin sisters so Identical the dentist called my mom to show that their dental x-rays were exactly the same. Very, very, different people as I suspect this "copy" to be.
If it were identical, an exact copy but sold for 10k, the naysayers would not be heard from. There may be a bunch of x-gunners afraid that an "equal" gun might be sold for far less than their gun. Who knows, not me. I'll let the market separate the pretenders, what good would it do me to waste my energy worrying about a total unknown product. I am waiting for the Vulcan 3, Prophet 2 to pass the test of time before I make a decision.

WOW, I finally started looking very closely at the enlarged video vs closeup pics of a Maverick. The naysayers should closely examine the video and pics and note the considerable differences between the two. Put your readers on and pay attention. They are no way the same, just a resemblance to fool the eye of the conclusion jumper, or of those easily fooled.....which obviously there are many. The x-gunners can now rest easy!! Really, is this some sort of joke on airgunners, a phony..

No "Quick tune system" it appears to have only one reg. The other components.....nope, not the same beyond printing. Of course, that's enough to blind some, my buddy one time put 427 emblems on his 350 Camaro........ NOW, about that Vulcan 3 and the Prophet 2. One or both?

However, I am a fan of excellent engineering and design.
It would be interesting to see a teardown of this rifle to see if it is a copied/stolen design, or merely a look-alike.
The Chinese must have some damn good engineers, designers and machinists - if they didn’t, they wouldn’t have the manufacturing capability that they have.
In the case of this rifle, I’d like to see the barrel and trigger design in particular.

For anyone who cares, this guy is in Vietnam (not China) and most likely doesn't have the resources of your typical Chinese mass knockoff operation. This is just some dude (and maybe a couple of his buddies) sitting around stealing ideas from other companies and making a handful of units on a very small scale. I doubt he even has the capacity to produce them in quantity if anyone was brave/stupid enough to put in an order.

I'm not interested in the Falcon - but the FLACON looks amazing. Just waiting to confirm if he would be willing to implement Skout Epoch like voice prompts but with a Vietnamese accent to remind me of the motherland. If so, I'll buy if he will do a buy 3 get 1 free promo.
