Chinese microbore hose fail

Centercut had the exact same thing happen at the range this morning. Bled the pressure off but yeah still a bubble under the outer coating, put the tank in the trunk and headed home. When I was almost home I heard a pop like a balloon, not really anything more than that. Luckily when I bought the fill station I got a second hose with it, no downtime!

At least they fail in a slow easily visible way. I personally can't complain at all about the seller, when I bought the fill station I wanted a longer hose and when it showed up I bitched a bit, so he sent a second hose. ( was supposed to be longer) Arrived and it's the same length I had already. So then he simply refunded me 100% of the cost and let me keep it, good customer service.

"Centercut"@Glem.Chally - I contacted the seller on eBay (PPSGear168) and he replied quickly and is sending a new hose. I'll be sure to keep a good eye on this new one...

Let us know if he (PPSGear168) sends you the exact same kind as you had before (what his page is showing). I need a backup. Those I had received previously looked like what @eaglebeak is holding, but the seller's page showed what PPSGear168's shows. Bit of a bait and switch thing. Thx.

@Redtide - Will do. I ordered a SCBA fill rig with manual (vice wrench) tightening collar, and the white delrin type gasket on the end was split. It obviously leaked. But, in his defense, he was quick to send a replacement gasket. On his version with the white plastic gasket, there is an Allen screw in the end that holds the gasket, so it is easy to replace. The ones I've seen with the orange plastic gasket do not seem to be replaceable...

I had one that came with my gold filter start leaking. I contacted the seller from Aliexpress, and he wanted me to send another $7 bucks for shipping. I refused, and we went back and forth. I finally told him I would post on every airgun forum I could find about his crappy service. He answered that he was sending one. We will see if true. :) I went ahead and had a heavy duty hose made.
