I have narrowed my choice of a new air rifle down to either a Walther LGU or TX200 in .177. In choosing a scope for it, I am leaning toward either a Hawke or Leapers. Would you consider one better than the other or is there a better brand I should consider? Thank you.

Because of the double recoil a springer can destroy many scopes in just a few shots. These 3 have no issues with spring powered air rifles. Leupold and Bushnell both have a no questions asked warranty and there won't be a problem with Weaver either. I have all 3 and have used all 3 on my TX200.

I put a Simmons 22 mag 3-9x32AO on a 97k it lasted maybe 2 dozen shots. Before crosshairs started going crooked.
