Classic - 480cc RAW Tank Fill Problem

First of all - Made a series of (unscrewing) bottle mistakes on two RAW's that emptied both 480cc bottles:p.
Got them back together .... ready to fill them....

However, when I attempt to fill them with my Xisico GTX compressor.

- One tank - won't fill, but pressure gauge on pump moves up to 250 bar (in 10 seconds) and the machine shuts off thinking the bottle is full -> The bottle read -> 0.
There is no air in the gun when I attempt a shot. It seems the fill nozzle is blocked - no air is going to the bottle.

- The second tank - Tank won't fill because air leaks out the compressor nozzle/fill nipple .

My question - What's going on???

My Xisico GTX compressor has never had an issue before ....... Both gun hadn't leaked this year so far?

As I write this ... thinking my fill valve spring or o-ring could be the cause of both on the Quick Fill System 1 -

My Brocock did this the other day. I took the bottle off and took the fill valve off the gun and the valve was stuck. I got a small punch and put it into the valve and tapped it and the valve opened. I put it back together and attached the bottle and it took fill. I think I got ballistol in the fill port when I was wiping the gun down after I had been shooting in the rain. It plugged/gummed it up and the spring didn't work. This is for your tank 1. You are basically putting a dead head on the fill line and the compressor fills it till it hits your shut off level. With tank 2 you said the compressor fill valve is leaking but I think if it was that it would leak on both tanks on filling. I would check your valve on tank 2 for oring issues.
