Clean Shot, Clean Meat

Good shooting on that healthy looking rabbit. What is your preferred way of cooking rabbit? I've haven't ever cooked one.
@L.Leon You guys are funny with the puns. I’m relatively new to cooking rabbit. Once I ate some that I prepared, I loved it. It’s very lean and versatile and can probably be be used in many recipes as a substitute for other meats. So far I’ve made stew and soup. I recently got a recipe from another member that I haven’t tried. I also want to try rabbit and dumplings. So far I prefer it stewed.

Great shot!

Take pics of the meal you prepare since this was a clean airgunner specimen.
Here is a pic of some butchered rabbit meat I was browning before slow cooking it.

So Dave, what's the verdict? How WAS that fried rabbit? Sure as hell looked good!
@Gerry52 It was delicious. It wasn’t dry at all and the seasoning was great! I ate on it for a few days. I’m definitely frying more rabbit in the future. Next I think I’ll try rabbit and dumplings and another recipe recently received.

@L.Leon Thank you. It came out surprisingly good.
