Tried to buy some felt cleaning pellets and more importantly the correct jag to hold them. Tried online at KRALE. The order would not go through after I made it. The card won't go through. Since it was evening I had to wait for the bank to open in the am. Called them and they said the card is clear. Ordered again as the first order had timed out. Wouldn't take the card again. Went to the Pyramyd site, ordered, and it took my order and card. The order is coming but no where as extensive, as they don't carry the whole line of cleaning pellets and jags to hold them. I wanted common airgun felt pellets and powder burner pellets. I wanted 9.3 mm and .45 caliber as well as the airgun style. Still searching for the PB caliber stuff and the jags to hold them. I may try to buy from KRALE in the future. Sorry to whine but if you try to purchase use a credit card and not a debit card. Be Well Brothers, Bandito.

I had issues with paying at Krale before once, their payment system was down and wouldn't take my card as well, just like in your case. I ended up calling them directly, they confirmed that they had issues with payments and created a manual order for me, so all items wanted were reserved for me. And they advised trying to pay the next day. I got an invoice and an email with "pay link" how they call it. Next day, payment went through no problem and my order was processed.

Never had a problem parting with money at Krale, but of course i am here member of the EU gang.

Krale uses 3rd party service safe.pay.nl for payments from outside UE in different currency. That was the culprit in my case.

Currently it may be the issues caused by the "crowdstrike" which is global, likely largest IT screw up in history. Tried flying commercial or any transaction, heck Bank of America went down, global.
And depending where you are what card.... sometimes you do need to call your bank/card issuer to prior approval the charge. I've had that occur.
