Chris, thanks so much for your reply as well as your perspective. I looked up New England Airguns website - very interesting. Kudos to the owner for being able to pivot during Covid and for finding his niche in e-commerce. It sounds like he has been able not only to survive, but to thrive! There is definitely something to be said for diversifying. We have thought about that as well. At this point we are still in the exploratory phase. Honestly, we are not convinced that an indoor airgun range is a viable business. It isn't off the table entirely, but before moving forward we'll continue our research. We both have backgrounds in business (sales and insurance), and are keeping our eyes wide open so as not be naive about the venture.
