Seen a few of the older models in 3 gun, only complaint is that the illumination is not day light bright..

Compact scope for Leshiy 2 ?

Hi, I’m also searching for an alternative. The March F looks like to be the only LPVO available which tics all the boxes, still the price tag makes it unaffordable. I have the Dedal Stalker too but this will remain on my Leshiy classic as they make the perfect combo. For the Leshiy 2 I’m looking for a decent LPVO with 1-10 magnification exposed turrets MIL-MIL with daylight illuminated reticle. What is most likely very difficult to find is the adjustable parallax down to 10 yards. I couldn’t find anything but the March F 1-10x24 Shorty with double reticle FFP/SFP which is out of reach.
Athlon Optics has presented for 2021 a brand new ARES ETR UHD 1-10x24 FFP with exposed MRAD turrets, with zero stop and a very decent MIL illuminated reticle but still with no parallax adjustment.

Not sure if you're only interested in FFP but Atibal makes both a SFP and a FFP 1-10x30. One reticle choice in SFP, two in FFP.
What intrigues me about them for a Leshiy is their longer eye relief. Even my Dedal on my Leshiy Classic leaves me craning my neck forward more than I like. I assume it would be similar on a Leshiy 2.
I don't recall if the FFP reticles were MIL.
For the SFP both the turrets and reticle were MIL.
They are fixed parallax like nearly every LPVO. Company will not set the parallax at a closer distance.
They both have a 30mm objective lens so a possible greater chance for parallax error than the Athlon or other LPVO's with 24mm objective.
There is another company making a scope in the same body. It's only offered stock with one reticle but I believe there is an inquire about reticle option tab. I did not think the stock reticle would be for me. I think I'll email the guy and ask about a custom parallax setting and if there are reticle options.

Found the other product. And the inquire about custom reticles is just a tab at the top of their page and not specific to their 1-10x30.

I can't seem to find the reticle on that page but as I recall it was one of those inverted horseshoe types on 10x.
I have shot through those at 100+ yards but never with small game inside of 40. My gut says they're not for me.

I see that this is an ongoing thread about different scopes for the Leshiy. I had a 3-12x32 Bug Buster on mine at first, but, as much as I like the Bug Buster i just don't love it, and I love the Leshiy. So, I bought 2 of these last year and decided to mount one to my Rock River Arms AR, and the other to my Leshiy. It's a Riton 2-7x32 with side focus down to 10 yards. It is absolutely fantastic. It fits the Leshiy perfect and is extremely clear. I don't use high power scopes and the couple that I do have I leave on 9 power or less, so these are perfect. Anyways, here it is on my Leshiy.

I think the new March F 1-10x24 Shorty is around $2700. Sale ended last Sunday where I think they were below $2200.
