I have been shooting a .25 Dreampup. I may never go back to a conventional rifle. The pups allow the barrel length that PCPs need to make full power in a well balanced short package.

I actually want to convert my PROD to an air bottle the way you did it.
90 degree connector attached to the Foster nipple and the air bottle.
I have all the parts.
How does it work for you?
Do you need a barrel band for that?

The reverse bottle works great, keeps action short & compact.
Due to that build having a longer barrel fitted, yes a barrel band is necessary IMO.
Accessing a Stubby HPA bottle a tad more difficult.

I used a paintball asa fitting and some male/male fitting plumbed into my gauge hole on my PRod bottle build. Then added a PVC pipe loop to the bottle and attached that to the bottom of the barrel band. Had to remove the forend stock but gave me a lot of shots. An adjustable bottle reg like the RTI Prophet allowed me to tune with the stock air tube being the plenum.
