Does anyone know what material the brown high-pressure sealing rings are made of? Delrin or Teflon or another plastic?
Since spare parts are often not available, or with a waiting time, I want to make my own in stock.
I think white Teflon is too soft. The brown plastic feels harder when it comes to bending a ring.

Don't you think you should mention what gun, caliber & WHERE the "pressure ring" is located? Do you mean o-ring? Plastic? Knowing airgun nomenclature is essential to getting relevant answers.
@Gerry52 Considering the forum this is in I’m assuming this is a tank or compressor part he’s referring to.

@LRP Can you post photos of what you’re asking about? Also which make and model compressor or tank?

I have asked about this material on the Amazon questions area of Tuxing but so far getting the run around with a response that states they are made of powdered copper. I will let yall know if I can get any more info out of them. Currently I'm awaiting a response where I said that I realize that they are made from powdered copper but I wanted to know about the binding material.

@LRP as others have said, it is a type of stretchable plastic that is infused with copper powder. If they cost a dollar apiece on Amazon you can get them even cheaper on Aliexpress if you are willing to wait. Tuxing might even stock them in the U.S. Even if they cost much more it would take lots of effort and expense to replicate the OEM rings. If you fabricate a ring that fit you risk damage to the piston and cylinder wall if your home made rings don't stand up to the heat generated inside the high pressure cylinder.
