Full size Scuba compressors use Resettable Pop-off valves on each stage.
They are a safety device making sure the pressure isn't above a set level.
Just like a Burst disk

I assume you meant to say "burst" disk. No, they don't. Higher priced compressors have "pop-off" valves that start to hiss as they relieve pressure after it reaches the pressure at which they are set. Once the pressure is bled off, the valve isn't damaged as is a burst disk.

Yeah I Ment burst disk sorry auto correct. I have a spark compressor witch is having problems building pressure above 3k motor stalls on the 110 converter. 12v runs better still struggles. I don’t know if this thing is a vent or blew out burst disk but when I took it out n covered it with my finger it ran like new. But could only cover is for seconds because of the heat. Here is a photo

I believe that is an air intake, or perhaps a vent. Plugging that will do nothing good for you.

Then I am lost at this point. Unless I can’t the chance n pull the piston apart even though I don’t know what am looking for. So either the inverter is dropping out pressure or it’s like a hydro lock or something because once it stalls even flipped the switch over n over will do nothing. Till all the pressure is released then the motor will come back on again

At this point you don't have much to loose by taking it apart. Take lots of pictures so you can get it back together

Make sure all your drain screws are sealing! Of course, this has nothing to do with stalling. Temperature?
I've seen blown discs and loose / leaking valves but n slowing down. Seem to me a compressor would shut down. Are you sure your compressor is rated for 4500?

Burst disc are not all the same. I bought some that would blown out every third time while trying to achieve 4500psi. All things the same, bought a different brand and have had no problems.
