I attempted to fill my Condor SS today for the 1st time in a very long time and after I removed the fill hose all the air rushed out in 2-3 min. Any ideas what the problem is?

check valve got stuck or blew the oring off the check vale. if that air is completely gone out of the tank. pull the foster fitting to see what is going on.

Hi is a simple fix..that orig simply disintegrate with time..I replaced mine with a cricket 177 barrel oring .n the second time with the other condor I replaced with a oring from the bathroom dept of home depot..a little suggestion if you are a maniac like me buy some black sealing tape on Ebay.it really looks ugly in pink or white...

I pulled the foster and it does have some remnants of something in there. Does the o-ring seat at the bottom of the hole the foster screws into? Thanks for your help!

there may be a sealing donut in the hole for the threads ... the actual valve oring is in the foster itself, some are rebuildable and some are not, dont know what the condor uses, i would just order a new fill foster 'for' the condor .. may be alittle extra but a cheap fix can just be an exercise in frustration with hpa .. trust me, been there ...

The orings remains are like a yellowish color and it slides over the silver screw if we could call it like that..

It happened to me too. Not that uncommon. Just get in touchnwith AirForce and they will send you a new one.

#006 o-ring, I used a Harbor freight Buna O-ring Kit to fix mine on the Texan, the original I think was a urethane O-ring that hardened and fell apart, make sure to clean the left over out and lube with silicone grease.

006 Buna 70 ( any hardware store, Lowes, home depot should have them) and remember if you oil 100% silicone only

Buna 70 black oring will last longer than a urethane in this application.
Owning 5 paintball fields we repair these extremely often.
Another tip. The faster you fill the tank the more heat is built up in the small fill nipple constriction and the faster the oring degrades
