I’ve sent three PMs to them for some help on one of their products on the Industry Forum above. In addition, I responded to the post in that forum about the confusion on hoses and the BSP, NPT etc fittings.
I’ve had a problem with them before on getting information about “pressure ratings” on their filters.
Non responsive……….not a good business practice, IMO.
