When I purchase a new FX Is it better to have the Harmonic Barrel tuner or the Tensioner system to control barrel whip.....Does adding both make it better?

I have never used an fx but I have a delta wolf and it has some flex in the barrel 2/3 of the way down I think under very high power shoots it would flex so it think the fx might do the same I would go with a tensioner
