Wild turkey? Ninja air fryer, pressure cooker top, 2.5 minutes per pound. Younger birds are more tender, don't go for the size, go for the flavor.
If not pressure cooking, crock pot, low and slow. When the meat falls off of the bone, it's done. If it's dry and rubbery, it still needs some time under the lid .
