I also used one of those rimfire jacket bullets to take the 4 point that is beside me. He was an enormous bodied mulie, that bullet was fired at 150 yards with a Ruger #3, it turned his lungs into jelly.

I used Dave’s sewage dies to make empty 22 lr empties into 55 grain 223 ammo for decades. When I first bought the set, I told myself if they would do 3 inches at a 100 yards, they would be perfect for off hand practice, instead they did 1/2 inch. I won the Oregon Practical Rifle title Championship in 81 using those bullets and killed many of the coyotes in this picture with those bullets Theywere explosive inside a coyote and seldom exited.
