Corbin S Press (airgun slug swaging) - Master Thread

**I've been busy and will be working on improving and adding to this thread periodically. Please continue to create threads based upon your experiences with the Corbin S Press. As I find them I will review then and add the pertinent threads to the master thread. Please make it a point to ask questions about this press or projectiles produced buy them in the appropriate thread until I get this one established and organized. Thanks for your patience.**

This thread is dedicated to topics surrounding swaging airgun slugs using the Corbin S Press. You will also find a lot of information about using Corbin airgun dies and Corbin built custom dies and punches, but since the S presses can be used to swage with other dies you may find some information about that as well. Be sure to peruse the categories, threads, and videos before posting questions here about the Corbin S Press. If you'd like to discuss older Corbin presses or the Corbin Hydro Press, please start that discussion in your own or another thread. Please note that a lot of the older information catalogued on the old Corbin site will discuss swaging jacketed bullet for centerfire cartridges. Understanding parts of that process will help you to learn more about swaging and some of the essential elements that apply to swaging airgun slugs. Some of the threads contained within this thread will speak more in depth to the details of swaging airgun slugs. Be patient. Swaging airgun slugs is gaining more traction now so information more specific to creating projectiles for use in our airgun hobbies and airgun shooting sports is in the works.

David Corbin has been manufacturing swaging dies and presses for at least three decades, thus setting the standard for swaging. This appears to have started as a niche venture that catered to competitive centerfire shooters and grew into something more substantial. Corbin Manufacturing supplies presses, punches, and dies for numerous commercial projectile manufacturers, small and large. They also manufacture and sell swaging setups for the hobbyist, competitor, professional shooter, and reloader. Thankfully they have gained enough of a demand to cater to the airgun market which is what this thread will focus upon. Below you will find information by way of links to AGN threads, YouTube videos, various resources on the new Corbin website as well as the legacy site (the old Corbin site).
