Correction- Huma-Air great responsiveness! Disregard post below, please.

I’m surprised to have asked tech support a few questions regarding a sub 12 ft/lb reg kit I’d purchased back in Dec which I’m now getting around to trying. I’m thinking there’s some air getting past this loose fitting Oring. They don’t respond. That, and they use other people’s video links for installation. Some of the videos aren’t even active. Quite unimpressive on the customer service side.

They’ve always been responsive to me. Check your spam folder. Sometimes their emails are looked at as junk by email providers.

I just had a recent transaction with them & was extremely pleased with their support & response time. (AND extremely pleased with the results of the new reg in my Boss)

I’m trying to edit my thread. Just found their responses in my spam folder-thanks for reminding me to check as I thought when searching mailboxes it would catch it. Feel like such ash idiot. My apologies and Huma gets an A+.

I’m a bonehead-it’s in my spam what’ whereas their initial emails were not. Thanks for the advice.
